I came across this video on YouTube and didn't know what to think. I know that Soso Pavliashvili isn't considered a very serious musician (besides that nationalistic Samshoblo song from Yurmala '89) but he's always an entertaining performer. This concert, though, defies description.... where did he get the idea to put River Dance into it?
Another little something I found. "Vspominaitye Gruzina" was released early this year, and this video also defies description. My friend saw it and asked, "What are they smoking in Georgia??" Well, Judge for yourself....and have a good laugh.

...And Here is Samshoblo. (for contrast!) I found it a very moving performance, especially considering the historical context (and no I am not Georgian, I am Ukrainian American).
